Thank you for purchasing a Le Village De La Dame product! We strive for you to be completely happy with every purchase that you make from Le Village De La Dame.

All Sales Are Final.

Please understand that Le Village De La Dame LLC makes and sells handmade items. Due to the nature of creating handmade items, each piece is unique in it's own way. Therefore, no two items will ever be exactly alike as each piece will have it's own distinct characteristics. (ie: woodgrain, brush strokes, etc.)

Returns, replacements or refunds will only be given in the event of a purchase being damaged. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns.

Custom Orders: Custom Orders are not eligible for return or refund. These items are one of a kind and the creation process consists of close contact with the customer from concept through completion.
